Would you like to host a party for Lush Baby? If so, read on...............
The Lush Baby Party is an opportunity for you to invite your friends over to your place for an afternoon of drinking coffee, chatting and shopping. What could be more appealing we hear you say? Lush Baby will come along to your party and will display a wide range of baby products. We will aim to bring as many of the products as possible that our displayed on our website.
If you are interested in being a Party Host please read the terms and conditions below and if you are happy, please do contact us for a booking form and for confirmation of the commission percentage.
Host Responsibilities
The Party Host is responsible for providing the residence for the party and for providing a space of approximately 6 x 3ft in order for Lush Baby to display their goods.
Lush Baby asks the host to aim for a minimum of 6 people to attend the party, if possible.
Geographical Area
Lush Baby currently attends parties in the Surrey & London areas. Party Times The Party Host can request their preferred date and time for their party on the Booking Form. Lush Baby normally expects to sell at a party for approximately 3 hours. Lush Baby will aim to arrive approximately 30 minutes before the guests are expected to arrive in order to set up.
Placing Orders & Delivery
Orders will be taken on the day of the party and goods will be delivered to the host within 2 weeks. If for any reason an order will be longer than 2 weeks, the customer will be informed of an expected delivery time. It is the responsibility of the host to distribute the goods to each customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment
Lush Baby can only accept Cash & Cheque payments at parties. If a cheque does not successfully clear through the bank due to insufficient funds, unfortunately Lush Baby will have to cancel the order. The customer will be informed of this and will have the opportunity to make an alternative payment.
Commission
The Party Host will receive commission on the goods successfully sold on the day of the party. This can be spent on products from the Lush baby range. No cash payments will be made. The host can place their order of goods at, or after the party, and their commission amount will be deducted from the order. If the host decides to purchase more than their commission allows for, then a top up cash or cheque payment will be required.
Refer a Friend
If you refer a friend who then goes on to host a Lush Baby party, you will receive a £15 gift voucher to spend on any products from the Lush Baby range. Your gift voucher will be valid for 1 year.
Returns
Lush Baby is committed to providing high quality products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return this to us in the original packaging within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Please inform us of your intent to return the goods in order that we can expect your returned item. We would highly recommend that you use registered mail to return any package to us, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. We cannot accept any item if it has been used or has had the tags removed. The packaging must be intact. All returns to be sent to: Lush Baby, PO Box 242, Worcester Park, Surrey, KT4 9DD
Cancellation
Lush Baby reserves the right to cancel a party at any time but assures all customers that this will only be done if an unforeseen situation arises. Lush Baby will aim to give as much notice as possible if this situation occurs.
If the Host would like to cancel a party Lush baby asks that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.
