Delivery/Handling Charges

• Orders of £0 - £25 will be charged £5.00 delivery
• Orders of £25 - £50 will be charged £3.50 delivery
• Orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge. This does not apply to international orders
• International delivery is charged at £8.00 for Europe and £12 for the Rest of the World

Standard Delivery Time

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive, although, in most cases, you will receive your order sooner. Deliveries outside of the UK may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Returns

Lush Baby is committed to providing high quality products. If you're not happy, we're not happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping charges.

We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale. If you are not happy with your product, please email mail@lushbaby.co.uk and tell us why.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. Please inform us of your intent to return the goods in order that we can expect your returned item. We highly recommend that you use registered mail to return any package to us as we cannot accept any responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in the post. We cannot accept any item if it has been used or has had the tags removed. The packaging must be intact.

Seven day cooling off period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we provide a full refund on the goods, less relevant delivery charges, but you must return the cancelled items at your own cost.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
